Art exhibitions and children art workshops
At Cylinders on Easter Monday 14th April, there will also be temporary exhibitions by local artists on site, including other displays which will explain more about Schwitters, Damien Hirst, and about Cylinders’ previous owner Harry Pierce and his creative vision for Cylinders gardens. There will be public guided tours of the Cylinders estate and its unique flora and bird life. Pat Smith, the Merz Barn schools’ art leader will also be running free art classes for children and families.
